Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: How was it decided which show my child goes into?

A: Given the high volume of sign-ups, we’ve made the decision to split the show to ensure every athlete has the opportunity to showcase their talents. We worked diligently to keep siblings in the same show whenever possible. To make that happen, some age groups and levels had to be adjusted or placed in specific shows. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we strive to create the best experience for all participants!

  • Send us an email (info@royalgymsports.com): Include your child’s name, requested day/time

  • Call the front desk at (209)650-0098, option 1

  • Sign up via the Parent Portal

Q: Does my performer need to stay for the entire show?

A: Yes. All performers will do final bows at the close of the show.

Q:  What is show etiquette?

A:

  • There will be NO entering or exiting during performances.

  • Your applause is requested for each and every performer, even those who do not belong to you. For many performers, this is their very first time on a stage and they need to feel supported and appreciated.

  • Turn off all noisy electronic devices and keep them in silent mode until the end of the recital. Respect others around you by not talking, standing up or walking through the aisles during performances, and by keeping little ones quiet during the show.

We are looking forward to an amazing show!
