We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. By enrolling in our program(s), you acknowledge and agree to our policies. You will be continuously enrolled in our program that has monthly installment billing until you drop enrollment.

DROP PROCEDURE

PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE GYM TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS.

If you choose to drop for the upcoming month, you MUST submit the drop form to the front desk by the 25th of the current month. A drop form must be complete and submitted online or in person by signing the drop form at the front desk. We do not issue a credit if you drop earlier in the month and there are classes remaining. You will receive a confirmation once your drop form is received and processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email regarding your drop, your child was not dropped from the class, please call 209-650-0098 and resend the form.

Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff by completing the drop form. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student's account will be charged for an additional 30 days and will be dropped from class. This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.

Annual membership

Royal Gymnastics' annual membership fee gives you discounted rates on open gyms, birthday parties and more. Please be aware this fee is 100% non-refundable should you decide to withdraw from Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy classes/programs at any time within the next 12 months from when this fee is paid. Your membership fee will be billed each year on the month of original enrollment.

missed classes

Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. You can receive open gym passes for missed classes. Open Gym passes do not expire and are transferrable. We do not offer open gym passes for classes missed due to our scheduled closure dates.

No credit will be issued for class cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or power outages.

WHAT TO WEAR and bring

Boys or Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. No socks or shoes during class.  No chewing gum out on the floor. Jewelry(except for stud earrings) cannot be worn. Long hair needs to be secured back and out of their face during class.   Do not wear large bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. Do not wear tutus or skirts. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.

We sell water bottles at Royal and offer a drinking fountain, however we encourage you to bring your own water bottle or container with a lid. Only clear fluids please. Please make sure to label or write your child's name on the bottle

ARRIVAL AND PICKUP

Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. A late fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be imposed due to the fact that our staff must stay after hours to wait with your child for safety reasons. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.

Financial Responsibility and Payment Information

Tuition will be automatically deducted from the card on file on the 1st of every month and is based on flat monthly rates. If you should receive more hours in the month there will be no extra charge although there will be no changes to the tuition if Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy or the training facility is closed for holidays. Your statement will be emailed to you on the 25th of each month.  

All customers are required to have a credit card or debit card on file with Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy for automatic, recurring monthly payments. The credit card listed on this registration form will be charged at the time of registration/enrollment. If you choose to pay by cash or check, it must be received and posted by our business office by the 1st of the month. There is a $30 charge for any checks returned by the bank.  If accounts are paid after the 1st of the month, there will be a $15 late fee applied to the account balance. 

If payment for a given class/activity is not received, or credit card is declined for any reason, the system will drop unpaid enrollment prior to the activity start date. Failure to pay by the second class of the month will result in removal of your child from class.  

Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy requires a written notice (complete the drop form) of any intent to discontinue.  Notification must be given by e-mail to: info@royalgymsports.com or in person by signing the intent to discontinue form at the front desk or by U.S. mail to Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy at 2151 N Tracy Blvd, Tracy, CA 95376.

Should you dispute a charge through your financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.

You understand that you are financially responsible for payment of all fees at Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy for the above athlete(s) including but not limited to tuition, membership fees, competition fees, registration, uniforms, shoes, choreography, music, classes, private lessons, events, etc.

Parent Viewing, advertising, photographs/videos and waivers

If parents/siblings/family/friends would like to watch activities at Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy, that we will do so from within the parent viewing area. The parent viewing area is defined by behind the cubbies or wall partitions. It is not acceptable to let parents or any other child(ren) that I may bring with me to run around or use any equipment.

By enrolling my child in any program offered by Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy, including but not limited to  gymnastics, recreational classes, Ninja Zone, private lessons, camps, clinics, classes, competition meets, tryouts and  participating in the program, I hereby grant Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy on behalf of myself and on behalf of my  child(ren), permission to use my name, picture, photograph, video, or any other depiction(s) thereof or likeness in all  forms of media and in all manners including composite or other representation, for advertising, trade, or and other lawful  purpose, and I waive the connection therewith. I also waive any rights to compensation or ownership thereto.  

I hereby COVENANT NOT TO SUE and FOREVER RELEASE this facility, affiliated and partner companies and organizations, property owners and lessors, staff, contractors, subcontractors, teachers, coaches, owners, directors and other members involved in this facility's program(s), from all liability and for any and all damages and injuries suffered by my other child leaving the viewing area.  I agree not to visibly/audibly or in any other way distract students during class time. I agree not to photograph or video any practices without Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy prior written permission.

I fully understand that Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy staff members are not physicians or medical practitioners of any kind. With that in mind, I hereby release Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy's staff to render first aid to my child(ren) in the event of any injury or illness, and if deemed necessary by the staff, to have authority, at my expense, in the event I cannot be reached, to seek medical help, including transportation whether paid or volunteer, to any health care facility or hospital, and if necessary, I authorize medical treatment. I verify that my child(ren) has passed a medical examination within the last twelve months and is capable of participating in the activities of cheerleading, dance and gymnastics.

I have read this release and I am fully familiar with its contents and competent to make this release. I agree to hold  harmless Royal Gymnastics & Sports Academy/ Ninja Zone from any claims for damage, libel, slander, or invasion of  privacy.

We value your feedback and thoughts and we will do what's best for our athletes, parents, coaches and Royal. We ask that if you have any concerns, complaints or would like to escalate any issues, you would kindly follow our escalation and complaints process or contact us directly to discuss.
